Academic Profile

Stefanie M. Schuster is a PhD Candidate in American Cultural History at the Amerika Institute and the Graduate School Language and Literature at LMU Munich. In 2019, she completed her graduate degree in American History, Culture and Society at the Amerika Institute. Her undergraduate studies in American Studies, Political Science and Spanish Philology took her from the University of Regensburg to Humboldt University Berlin for the Fulbright American Studies Summer Session (2017) and Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts, from where she holds a Diploma in American Studies (2016). Her research interests revolve around women in (U.S.) Diplomacy, transatlantic and hemispheric relations.
